Declines can come from the card issuer, fraud controls, or merchant configuration. The decline code determines the cause. Contact support with the decline code for a specific resolution.

No. If the issuer declines, it must be approved by the customer's bank. There is no override for issuer-side declines.

This may be a risk reversal or settlement issue. We investigate based on transaction logs. Contact support immediately with the transaction details.

Card, mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and contactless payments are all supported.
