Understanding your balance, pending transactions, and holds.
We review posted transactions, pending items, and holds. If unresolved after our review, we escalate to the appropriate team. Contact support with the specific transaction in question.
Most pending transactions post within 1 to 3 business days. Some merchant holds can take longer depending on the merchant type.
Some merchants temporarily authorize more than the final amount (for example, hotels and car rentals). The difference between the hold and the final charge releases after settlement — typically within a few business days.
