Activate your card inside the app under Cards. If activation fails, contact support and we can assist.
After activation, you can set or reset your PIN inside the app. PINs cannot be viewed for security reasons.
No. For security reasons, PINs are never accessible to anyone. You must set a new PIN after completing identity verification.
Freeze it immediately in the app, then contact support to review recent activity and order a replacement. Acting quickly limits your liability exposure. You can freeze your card instantly inside the app under Cards → Freeze Card. No need to contact support first.
If you used a temporary freeze, yes — you can unfreeze the card in the app. If a replacement was already issued, the original card remains permanently deactivated.
In most cases, yes. You will need to update any subscriptions or digital wallets that use your card number.
